This repository contains the data set associated with the Current Protocols publication "Improved methods for single-molecule fluorescence in situ hybridization and immunofluorescence in Caenorhabditis elegans embryos." This data includes the raw images associated with each figure, the complete data sets for both antifade and buffer quantification, and sample output data from both quantification pipelines.
